All merchandise damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of goods. The ACTIVE Exhaust Corp. customer must file a claim report with the carrier before contacting ACTIVE Exhaust Corp. Defective goods must be reported to ACTIVE Exhaust Corp. within five days of receipt of goods.
